In the first scene we see Gargamel, as he discovers the secret village of the Smurfs, and they hunt in the woods. Unfortunately Clumsy caught the wrong path in a forbidden cave, where he was followed by the other Smurfs. And just because a blue moon rises, the cave is a kind of teleportation and the Smurfs transported directly into Central Park, but his return to her beloved village proves to be difficult, since Gargamel has them continue on their heels. In a cute couple (Neil Patrick Harris and Jayma Mays) come under the Smurfs and hope for a way out.
Raja Gosnell reveals that Gargamel desire to eat the Smurfs do not appear in the film is.
